2020∙01∙17 | HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE

AUTUMN WINTER 2020

On Thursday, January 16th, HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE presented its AUTUMN WINTER 2020 Collection at Centre Georges Pompidou, titled “HP3 JAM” to celebrate its third show in Paris. Through the direction of Daniel Ezralow, the show expressed the ease and freedom of HOMME PLISSÉ ISSEY MIYAKE to mix and match clothing, just like playing music in a jam session.

ISSEY MIYAKE MEN OUTER WEARS

These ISSEY MIYAKE MEN coats and jackets are inspired by the unfolding of polyhedrons, that is a single continuous surface composed of polygons like triangles or squares. While the coats and jackets look three-dimensional, the way they are constructed allows them to fold into flat shapes.
