The opening hours of some of our flagship stores in Japan will be changed on Tuesday, December 15th to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus infections. Also, we will implement the following prevention measures in consideration of the safety and health of our customers and staff. Opening Hours Change to Prevent the Spread of Novel Coronavirus Infections
and Requests for Infection Control Measures
Store Measures
・Temperature and health checks for staff before work (staff will not be allowed to work with temperatures above 37.5 degrees Celsius)
・Staff will wash their hands, gargle, sanitize their hands, and always wear masks.
・Stores will be cleaned diligently using disinfectants.
・Social distancing will be ensured with customers during service.
Requests to Customers
・We may admit a limited number of customers to the stores and restrict the shopping time to within one hour to ensure social distancing.
・Please accept a temperature check. You will not be allowed to enter the store if your forehead temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius.
・Please sanitize your hands and wear a mask.
